Ribbed Pneumatic Fenders is designed with raised rib instead of traditional chain and tire net. Compare with net type pneumatic fenders, this ribbed pneumatic fender has lower weight. The protection of the body is better than the sling type pneumatic rubber fenders. Ribbed type pneumatic fenders are well suitable for the ship-to-ship or ship-to-quay operation. And better for the ship hull allowed lower hull pressure.

Ribbed Pneumatic Fenders Performance
The performance of ribbed pneumatic rubber fenders shall be specified in terms of Guaranteed Energy Absorption (GEA), Reaction Force at GEA deflection, and Hull Pressure at GEA deflection.
